黃超吾先生自1998年起，第一次接觸「平衡計分卡」即十分響往，而後「策略核心組織」與「策略地圖」漸陸續體會出作者之思想，自此對推廣平衡計分卡於業界有深厚之使命感，以其多年輔導企業的豐富與寶貴經驗，分享給學界與企業界，更深祈此次以協會引以為號召，廣招各界共同推動平衡計分卡，將其化為具體的行動指標，與企業管理連結，以提升國內產業經營管理能力，以促進國家經濟企業發展為最大宗旨。<p>
<strong>本協會即將於2008年1月19日（六）下午13:00舉行成立大會，歡迎各界踴躍加入本會，見證平衡計分卡再創造台灣的國際競爭力。</strong><br>

研究平衡計分卡時，在協會中能找到最多實例。您辛苦的研究成果，在協會中將可以接觸到最多平衡計分卡的同好，若想進一步發表研究成果，協會提供徵選與發表的平台，並協助您將成果出版。此外更促進產學合作，將學術價值以實際的產品形式表現出來。<strong><font color=#0098DF>歡迎加入學術研究委員會！</font></strong> <p><font color=#FF0000><strong>2. BSC軟體廠商與高手：<br>
</strong></font>平衡計分卡的執行，需要強而有力的系統支持，包括基礎的ERP、CRM或高階的決策支援系統如BSC、BI-OLAP等，在協會裡我們集合商業系統軟體廠商以及對平衡計分卡E化有專門研究人士的力量，使企業在推動平衡計分卡時更有效率，提高企業E化導入的成功率。<strong><font color=#0098DF>歡迎加入平衡計分卡E化委員會！</font></strong></p>

</strong></font>在平衡計分卡的領域中，協會扮演資源中心的角色，集結各專業人士的力量，成為台灣BSC輔導專家顧問的大本營，並且藉由會員間的相互分享、學習。讓每個BSC輔導顧問專家都有展現的舞台，也讓您更加了解企業對於經營管理上真實的需要，並有機會參與企業的輔導。<strong><font color=#0098DF>歡迎加入項目推廣委員會！</font></strong></p>

</strong></font>身處藍海時代，企業急需做好策略管理。也許您的公司中沒有策略長一職。但是身為企業策略規劃與決策的一員，您可以在協會中汲取各家策略規劃的經驗，幫助您的企業擬定準確、可執行的策略，訂準目標、有效發展。我們建議大型集團企業應獨立設置CSO，中型企業應可由副總經理兼任CSO，小型企業CEO總經理就是CSO，<strong><font color=#0098DF>歡迎各企業兼、專任「CSO」加入本協會CSO家族聯誼會！</font></strong><br>

<font color=#FF0000><strong>6. 有心學習BSC的企業與個人：<br>
</strong></font>本協會為大量推廣平衡計分卡的思想體系，故將設置大黑帶、黑帶、紅帶等角色，有心學習平衡計分卡增長知識或是貢獻企業的你，可以在協會的管理師班（黑帶）、顧問師班（大黑帶）的相關課程中，有系統地學習各位講師的知識，並獲得輔導企業的機會與經驗。學成後協會將頒給證書，將是您在平衡計分卡專業上最有利的明證。<strong><font color=#0098DF>歡迎加入平衡計分卡黑帶大師聯誼會！</font></strong><br>
