                        launching this year (stay tuned - we'll be back in touch when it's available). These revisions let you know that: Chase won't charge any fees for Chase Mobile, but that you are responsible for standard text messaging or other fees from your phone company; we won't send marketing messages through the Chase Mobile service; and Chase Mobile is only available to customers who have a consumer deposit or credit card account with us.</font></li>

                      <font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">We revised the Alerts section to let you know that when Alerts and Chase Mobile messages are sent via phone that your phone company acts as your agent in this capacity
                        - essentially they receive the message on your behalf and pass it to you
                        - and that phone alerts may be delivered to a voicemail or answering machine.

                      <font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">
                      We also revised the terms of the Paperless Statements
                      e-Sign Disclosure to advise customers of the steps they
                      should take if they would like to receive paperless
                      statements. Please note, you will not receive paperless
                      statements unless you activate the service by logging into
                      your account, agreeing to the Paperless Statement e-Sign
                      Disclosure and selecting the accounts that you would like
                      to go paperless.</font></li>

                      You do not need to take any action as a result of these
                      changes.&nbsp;Anytime we make changes to our online services we
                      inform our customers. This message is only to notify you
                      about those upcoming changes even though some of them may
                      not be specific to your account.</font><p>
