[Pyrex] really wanting C++ support

I've always intended to address this at some point, but
so far I've been too busy attending to more urgent issues
to give it much thought. Seeing as there seems to be a
fair bit of demand for it, I may bump it up the priority
list a bit.

People interested in this could help by suggesting
what sort of C++ support features they would like to
see.
