[Pyrex] Michael's Guide to Pyrex

My guide to Pyrex has received a bit of loving.
      * Some spelling mistakes have been fixed.
      * The background colours of the code blocks are now more muted. 
        I'd like to hear of anyone who cannot render the colours
        correctly as the "named" CSS colours are not used.
      * I have put up a tar-file that contains the HTML version of the
        guide [1] and PDF version of the guide [2].
