[Pyrex] run pirex on windows succsefully with visual studio c++ 6.0??

Hello again.

im trying to run the demos in pyrex distribution on windows. 
compiling the files with visual studio c++ 6.0.
i can create the example.c with the pyrex compiler but i have problems to link
the .h files of python, to solve the first problems i copy al the .h files of
D:\Python23\include in the directory of the demos, but definitively there is
some better way. 
and if i obtain the compiled file i cant import it in python, because is an exe
file.
As someone run pirex on windows succsefully with visual studio c++ 6.0??

and if you did, what are the steps to follow?
