[Pyrex] Header Wrapping

I am trying to wrap the attatched file.  I have wrapped most of the
header (correctly I think), but the last section, named "API Function
Prototypes" I am struggling with.  I can't find a matching section in
the manual and I don't know C.

Can anyone advise me on how to finish wrapping, maybe a manual reference?
Does Pyrex have an IRC channel?
