[Pyrex] python 2.2 support?

My thoughts are that Greg should support whatever he wants.  I don't
think there's a particular need to support Python 2.2, but then I don't
use it.  If someone convinces Greg to support 2.2, fine, I've got
nothing to say about it, other than supporting a package against a
version of Python that is two releases out of support (2.3 isn't
supported anymore with the release of 2.5) seems pretty unreasonable.
