[Pyrex] Q re: Pyrex C++ support

CHANGES.txt states: "C++ functions still cannot be called yet." "C++ 
functions" = functions containing "constructs" supported by C++ but not 
C, (e.g., classes, io streams, etc.); and/or C-compliant functions not 
prefixed w/ extern "C" and compiled w/ a C++ compiler; and/or, what???
