[Pyrex] Getting full package paths in extension __module__ attributes?

SAGE ( http://sagemath.org/sage/ ) uses a modified version of pyrex  
that encodes the (relative) path as part of the package name  
directly. Whether not doing this by default is a bug or a feature is  
a matter of opinion...
