[Pyrex] Calling C varargs function with a NULL pointer

Apparently, I've been using another version of Pyrex than the one I
thought I was using. I reinstalled Pyrex yesterday, to make sure that
I was using the latest version before reporting the problem, but it
seems that I did something wrong. Rerunning my test indeed confirms
what you're saying: it's already fixed.

I'm sorry to have bothered you with my oversight :-(
