[Pyrex] Use of ctypdef MyClass [object, type]

Hi,

I'm new to Pyrex, but I try to learn fast.

I saw the use of ctypedef Myclass [object something, type somethingElse]
with the public keyword.

Is there a example somewhere to know how to use it ?
