Reasons to own CRHI
TeleWRITER has not been upgraded for over 5 years but nonetheless still co=
mmands a very loyal following. Communications Research acquired the softwa=
re 2 years ago and will have its upgrade completed just in time for InfoCo=
mm. Beta testing will begin almost immediately and sales are expected to k=
ick off in October. TeleWRITER sales will add considerably and immediately=
to the company's bottom line. CRHI's Systems Integration division is also=
performing above expectations and they have recently hired a number of co=
ntract employees to assist the company on fulfillment.
InfoComm is a key industry event and provides the perfect platform for the=
company to springboard its TeleWRITER 3.0 upgrade. It is the nation's lar=
gest business-to-business industry tradeshow for pro-AV communications sys=
tems.
At its peak, TeleWRITER-AGS had approximately a 60% share of the collabora=
tive computing market in the mid-1990's, but the prior owners failed to fu=
lly maintain product due to private personal circumstances. CRHI acquired =
the technology and is near completion of the upgrades necessary to make th=
e product operational with virtually all current software platforms. The m=
arket has exceeded industry expectations over the years and currently has =
well over $3 billion in annual revenues and growing.

re Sales and Marketing

MAHWAH, N.J., Jun 21, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Communications Resear=
ch, Inc. (CRHI) announced today that they have been awarded the consulting=
and project management contract for two new projects for the New Jersey S=
tate College and University system. The project's construction budgets are=
estimated at between $25 million and $35 million.
These material new projects come on the heels of completing the communicat=
ions and Audio Visual consulting phase for a County Judicial system, Fortu=
ne 100 Company Headquarters and a number of Municipal school projects with=
total construction valued at approximately $35 million.
"The Company's business and ongoing prospects have improved dramatically w=
ith the improvement in the economy," commented Carl Ceragno, President of =
Communications Research. "It is wonderful that we have received widespread=
recognition by our clients, and architects in the region, who have made r=
