[Pyrex] new release?

Is there an estimate when there will be a new release of Pyrex? For me
it would be especially important to have all the patches to remove
warnings applied. I just reinstalled Pyrex from

http://www.cosc.canterbury.ac.nz/greg.ewing/python/Pyrex/

on a new system, and now need to go hunting for all those patches, to
avoid getting displayed 1000ds of warnings during compilation of our
project (and therefore miss genuine warnings) :/
