[Pyrex] patch for setup.py: win32 compatibility

Here is small patch to make setup.py more win32-compatible.

Your current setup.py incorrectly install file Lexicon.pickle:
it installed in directory C:\Python25\Python25\Lib\site-packages\Pyrex
instead of C:\Python25\Lib\site-packages\Pyrex.

My patch fixes this problem.
