It doesn't ship with the C sources, but I was able to generate those on OS X.  I don't know why I was able to build from the C sources on win32 but not win64; that may be worth another look.

Yes.  I copied the folder over from the OS X machine.

I'll certainly do that if I can find a way to contact them.  However, they don't support Windows platforms (the win32 installer was supplied by someone else) and the error does not occur on OS X.
